Interim Company Secretarial Manager

I am currently looking to find an experienced Company Secretary to manage the company secretarial function of the London based corporate department of an international professional service provider.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional development, with additional support from a company secretarial assistant. As well as offering an agile working environment, providing flexible working.

- Managing the day-to-day operations of the Company Secretarial practice and its client base
- Updating company books and records
- Co-ordinating with other team-members
- Managing the process of incorporating companies and branches with Companies House from start to finish
- Liaising with the multiple offices and setting up UK subsidiaries for overseas clients
- Updating company books and records
- Drafting basic board resolutions and minutes, based on precedents


- 5+ years of company secretarial experience
- Advanced knowledge of Blueprint
- Strong attention to detail, administration and organisational skills
- Able and keen to work as a team leader and member
