Perhaps the most well regarded Property Litigation team in Scotland have an opening in its Property Litigation department for an ambitious and passionate Property Litigation Solicitor to join its award winning team in Glasgow.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor who is passionate about Property Law and Property Litigation and who wants to join a rapidly expanding, and award winning department, dealing with high quality work.
This role sits within its English Law property unit and as such the firm is seeking an English or dual qualified solicitor, with experience of the English courts system, ideally including County Court, Land Court and Land Tribunals. At the more junior end candidates with English law real estate and commercial litigation experience will be considered.
