A small, specialist practice in the heart of Liverpool, is expanding its Housing department and is seeking an ambitious and confident Fee Earner/Paralegal to join the growing team.
You'll ideally be an experienced Fee Earner/Paralegal with a background in Litigation and have handled your own caseload of Housing claims, from instruction through to completion. If you have a background in Personal Injury Litigation then you are actively encouraged to apply, as you will be retrained into dealing with Housing claims.
The department deals with an array of Housing Disrepair claims on behalf of tenants. You'll manage your own caseload of predominantly litigated files, which you'll handle from start to finish. Training will be provided, but it is essential that you have a background in litigation and have dealt with your own caseload of files before.
