Are you an experienced RTA Litigation Executive (Fee Earner, Paralegal or Legal Executive) in Liverpool looking for a fresh challenge and the opportunity to work with a long-standing, reputable practice?
Your new role will see you working alongside vastly experienced RTA and Personal Injury specialists within a really well-regarded RTA department. You will be given sole responsibility for your own caseload of technical, litigated and complex RTA files which you will handle from instruction through to completion/settlement.
It is essential that you have previous experience handling your own caseload and are confident and comfortable working autonomously. You will have a sound understanding of the litigation process and procedures, and have ideally dealt with higher value and more complex claims.
You will be joining a modern and progressive company with a national presence. You'll have the option to work from home whilst still being fully supported by higher management and HOD.
