Recognised by the Legal 500 for its outstanding defendant Clinical Negligence department, this is an excellent and quite rare opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a well-regarded Defendant Clinical Negligence team in the firm’s Hampshire office.
You'll be acting on behalf of the NHSLA, Medical Defence Union, NHS trusts and private hospitals, and you will be responsible for handling a varied and diverse caseload of defendant Clinical Negligence files, from initial interview right through to completion of the matter, alongside assisting the senior team on cases of real complexity.
You will be a qualified Solicitor (2+ Years PQE).
Although this is a defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Associate role and defendant experience is desirable, you will be given equal consideration and are actively encouraged to apply if you are from a Claimant background.
