My client, a highly established Lincoln-based law firm with a reputation spread across the UK, is now looking to recruit an experienced employment solicitor to join its expanding team.
The successful candidate will be a strong technical expert with experience acting and advising in relation to the full spectrum of employment advisory work, including disciplinary and grievance issues, restructures, absence management and handling discrimination allegations.
You must be confident in supporting clients throughout the employment tribunal process and may undertake your own advocacy where appropriate.
In order to be considered for this employment solicitor position, you must have a minimum of 5 years PQE, possess excellent client management skills, strong researching and drafting ability and a commitment to maintaining up to date knowledge.
