A rare and unique position has arisen for an experienced conveyancer with at least 6 years’ experience to join a multi-site firm and lead a team in one of its branch offices. This conveyancing team leader position requires previous experience of managing a team along with a track record of growing and developing business relationships.
Our client is a full-service law firm in the West Midlands with a particularly busy conveyancing team spanning several offices. This conveyancing team leader position has arisen in one of the branch offices to directly replace a senior member of staff.
You will be managing other fee earners and support staff with the aim to develop and grow the conveyancing department within that office. To be considered as the conveyancing team leader you must have relevant conveyancing experience along with the ability to manage a team of staff. You must be personable, approachable, self-motivated, and ambitious and you must be comfortable with having a certain degree of autonomy.
This role offers opportunity for Directorship in the mid term future along with regular salary reviews and other benefits.
