The role is to join an established and recognised (Legal 500 & Chambers listed) team headed by partners who are considered to be leaders in their fields. Your experience should include the full range of commercial litigation work, to cover shareholder and partnership disputes, procurement and judicial review, trade mark disputes, IP infringement, domain name disputes and confidentiality issues. You can expect to work on both UK and cross boarder matters, and will be given excellent client facing exposure from the outset.
