A leading commercial law firm in Oxfordshire require a 5+ years PQE Solicitor to join its Retail & Property Investment teams.
Ideally you will have previous experience in commercial property within the retail, landlord and tenant, utilities and property investment field.
You will be joining a very well established team and be expected to handle a busy and varied caseload with confidence.
The retail team act exclusively for tenants. Areas of work will include site acquisition and disposal, development agreements, planning and environmental issues, option and infrastructure agreements, tenancy matters, governance and regulation.
You must also present with excellent drafting skills and legal technical knowledge of leases.
The successful candidate will have excellent academics coupled with experience gained from a City or major regional practice known for its property work.
