This large national firm is expanding across its property teams.
They are now searching for a conveyancer to join their new homes team and act for developers on plot sales transactions.
You will head up an established team which is part of a much larger national department made up of support staff, fee earners and senior partners. You will manage your own caseload as well as supervising more junior members of your team.
Applications are welcome from both qualified and unqualified candidates.
You should ideally have at least 1 or 2 years' residential conveyancing experience, either from a usual residential conveyancing or plot sales background. Supervision experience would be an advantage.
Your experience will be developed in this role, and you will progress your salary. Please do let us know if you already have managerial experience. You will of course be used to giving a first-class service to all clients and working to tight deadlines.
