This leading and Legal 500 recognised Defendant Clinical Negligence team in Liverpool is expanding. The firm is looking to enhance its already strong and vastly experienced team with the addition of an experienced and ambitious Clinical Negligence Solicitor.
The department acts on behalf of the NHSLA and local hospital trusts, and covers a multitude of matters from litigated Clinical Negligence cases right up to catastrophic injury claims of great complexity and technicality.
The firm hope to hire an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor (ideally in excess of 2 years PQE) who can demonstrate the ability to run claims from initial instruction right through to trial. Ideally you will have experience gained within a Defendant Clinical Negligence team, however Clinical Negligence Solicitors from a Claimant background with a real desire to act on high quality defended matters are also encouraged to apply.
The team takes real pride in the quality of work produced in its collegiate and warm working environment, and is based out of modern commercial offices in the heat of the Legal district in Liverpool city centre.
Salary will be commensurate with previous experience and expertise and incorporates a fantastic benefits scheme.
