This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercial litigation solicitor with ideally 2-6 years post qualification to join a highly regarded department. You will be expected to hit the ground running working on behalf of sole traders, SMEs and/or blue-chip companies, dealing with matters to include debt recovery, contractual disputes, property disputes, shareholder disputes etc.
