An Oxfordshire based law firm recognised and recommended by the Legal 500 is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Family Solicitor to join their busy Matrimonial department.
The department in general deal with:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial provision
- Children
- Co habitation
- Collaborative law
- Pre and post nuptial
- Civil partnerships
- Domestic violence
The firm also have a growing Family Mediation practice. The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with the following areas of Family law together with ambition to join a forward thinking firm with plans to grow the business.
You will also have some experience of working for an array of clients on a wide range of family matters. Salary is attractive and negotiable, dependent upon your PQE.
