My client, based in Solihull, is now recruiting for an experienced legal secretary to join this established firm on a permanent, full time or 4 day working week basis.
My client is a specialist in criminal defence law, family law and private client, and in this legal secretary position you will provide key support to the solicitors where your duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Audio copy typing/digital audio typing
- Preparing, formatting and amending documents
- Diary management
- Collating court bundles
- Liaising with key clients and attending meetings
- Key administrative duties
In order to be considered for this senior legal secretary position in Solihull, you must have at least five years' experience working as a secretary – preferably with criminal or family law experience, but this is not essential. You will have excellent audio typing skills with a typing speed of at least 80 WPM, along with the confidence to liaise with clients on a daily basis. You must also have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle, and live within a 20 minute drive of Solihull.
