This is an established Private Practice law firm based in Berkshire, specialising in Litigation, Family, Corporate Commercial, Commercial & Residential Property and Inheritance Protection.
The firm is seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 5+ years PQE to pick up an existing mixed caseload of Corporate, Company and Commercial Law matters.
The work is largely retained work from the firm’s long-standing clients, together with some internally referred business from the Commercial Contracts and Commercial Property departments.
Work will include dealing with and advising on:
- Starting and Funding a Business
- Corporate Restructuring matters
- Mergers and Acquisitions and the buying of or selling a business
- Terms and Conditions
- Company Secretarial
You will be responsible for drafting shareholders’ agreements, mergers and acquisitions and commercial contracts to start-ups and restructures in a wide variety of industry sectors.
You will be joining a team of 3 partners and 3 associates. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills and be naturally adept at remaining calm under pressure.
