A new opening has arisen for a newly qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to work in-house alongside a team and manage a busy and varied caseload.
The role will be to manage a large caseload of non-litigated and litigated claims, defending a public body on matters such as property damage, false imprisonment, malicious prosecution, assault, employers liability and motor claims. You will provide support in the form of assisting in the preparation of witness statements, preparing witnesses for trial, attending conferences with counsel and attending trial.
Ideal candidates will have a defendant background with strong advocacy skills and court experience.
This is a position that offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced specialist field of litigation, dealing with complex, interesting cases.
