Family Solicitor

A York-based law firm is looking to add to its family department by appointing a 3 years+ PQE solicitor to the team. 
 
You will be responsible for providing legal advice, assistance and representation to clients in:

- Divorce 
- Civil partnerships
- Financial remedy 
- Cohabitee/unmarried disputes & TOLATA 

Along with providing legal advice and running your own caseload, you will proactively work with the department head, the marketing manager and colleagues in generating new business by attending networking events. 
 
To be successful: 

- 3 years+ PQE 
- Be capable of working independently, managing your own caseload
- Have experience of unmarried disputes and TOLATA
- Have a proven record of hitting financial targets
