In this broad and interesting role, you will advise employers and employees on the full spectrum of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious, to include discrimination, disciplinary, dismissal and tribunal representation, as well as delivering onsite training for clients.
The ideal candidate will enjoy meeting and working with new people, be able to demonstrate a solid track record in employment law post qualification and have a strong commercial outlook, and enjoy working in a fast paced team environment.
While the position is Glasgow-based, naturally this is tempered with a sensible approach reflective of the current situation, i.e. this will be mainly homeworking with travel to other offices/locations as necessary only.
