An experienced, confident legal secretary is urgently required to support a busy commercial property partner at a friendly independent high street law firm based in the Borough of Kingston.
Ideal candidates must have previous experience in property law, as the responsibilities will include providing secretarial and administration support such as preparing correspondence, typing enquires, digital dictation, administration of files, diary management, preparing Land Registry documents and Companies House.
You must have a strong eye for detail, be IT literate and confidently able to use Word, Outlook and Excel with a good sense of humour.
