A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a conveyancing assistant or paralegal to join this Birmingham city centre based law firm on a permanent, full-time basis.
You will join the firm's busy city centre office and Conveyancing Department which comprises of one solicitor, one trainee solicitor and one other conveyancing assistant. You will gain the support, guidance and platform to further your career and in this role your key duties will include:
- progressing purchases of off-plan apartments, post-exchange up to completion
- liaising with key clients and the sellers' solicitors
- reporting to the clients' lenders and ensuring funds are in place for completion
You must have at least two years' experience working in a conveyancing role and have a full understanding of the conveyancing process; you must have excellent communication skills and be willing to go the extra mile for your team and clients.
