An excellent opportunity exists within my client's progressive, developing personal injury practice in St Helens.
Entering the next phase in its evolution (and due to continued new contract wins!), the firm is now looking to further develop its RTA Litigation Team with the addition of an experienced RTA litigation executive (or technical fee earner/solicitor).
As the RTA litigation executive, you will be joining the close-knit Litigation Team in St Helens. You will already boast experience in running your own caseload of litigated RTA claims through to settlement or trial. The successful candidate will have previously ran a case right through to trial.
You should have in excess of two years' experience (pre- or post-qualification) dealing with claims post-portal and be adept in handling technically complex RTA cases through to a successful resolution.
The department and firm are well structured and there exists a real potential for progression within the practice due to its active internal promotion system.
Competitive salary on offer, in line with experience, with a guideline salary of between £24k and £30k.
