Due to the expansion of their dedicated recoveries department, a national leading defendant specialist firm is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic recoveries paralegal/fee earner to join its offices in Manchester.
The department has significantly grown in the past several years, meaning the team is very busy due to the continued flow of new work coming in from their insurer clients.
Due to the dedication and commitment within the team, you'll be working with supportive and encouraging fee earners/support staff while managing your caseload of litigated motor recoveries and ULR claims from instruction through to completion.
You will need previous experience managing or assisting with a caseload within motor recoveries, either from a claimant or defendant background, although defendant experience would be considered advantageous. You will also need a sound knowledge of RTA processes, liability issues and have a greater understanding of relevant case law and current legislation.
