You will be joining an extremely rewarding Credit Hire Department at an exciting time as they are genuinely busier than ever and are looking for an experienced and technically strong credit hire litigator (paralegal, fee earner or solicitor) to join their specialist unit in Liverpool.
Coming into this sociable and fast-paced team, you will take on full responsibility for your own caseload of files from the outset and you will see each claim through its full cycle.
It is essential that you have a strong background in litigation and have dealt with a litigated caseload previously, as this is where your focus will be and you will be dealing with technical and complex matters.
