You will have responsibility for a small team in which the paralegal and a legal executive would benefit from the guidance of an experienced qualified solicitor or legal executive.
This position would be suited to a senior associate or a partner looking for a new challenge. You will need to be technically strong with at least 5+ years' PQE as you will support the development of the team and take it onto the next stages.
The caseload will include:
- wills and probate
- trusts and tax issues
- asset protection
- succession planning
- estate administration
- Court of Protection
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
Any client following or networks local to the East of England would be warmly welcomed, however are not essential. The key thing here is a commitment to the area and a willingness to share your time and knowledge with junior members of staff.
