A highly regarded firm in Dorking is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join its busy and successful conveyancing department.
The ideal candidate will be a bright and efficient Legal Secretary, with experience working in a conveyancing department. Whilst assisting 2 very busy fee-earners, your duties will include audio typing, answering the telephone and dealing with clients, and you will have a proven track record of dealing with the following:
- Completing registrations
- Completing Local Authority and other relevant pre-exchange searches
- Opening and dealing with the initial stages of Conveyancing transaction
- Producing Land registry forms
An approachable nature and great attention to detail are also essential characteristics, and you must enjoy working as part of a team.
