A modern, vibrant and ambitious litigation specialist law firm in the heart of Liverpool city centre are looking to add an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor as their Head of Department.
As the new Personal Injury Head of Department, you will have autonomous control of every aspect of the running of the department (including account management, staff management, MI reporting, and myriad other issues) and handle a small caseload of personal injury matters.
The work the department deals with is truly varied, including Personal Injury, RTA, Housing and Financial Litigation claims.
The team are currently fourteen strong, consisting of qualified and non-qualified fee earners. You will ideally be a qualified Solicitor (5 years PQE). You will offer structure and oversight of the department in it's entirety and report regularly on the same to the higher management team.
You need to have previous managerial experience and have overseen a team. You will have a background in litigation and be able to assist on files when necessary, providing support to the junior team members.
As you will be tasked with enhancing the team and continuing their forward momentum, this is a great opportunity for an ambitious and motivated Personal Injury Solicitor (with previous managerial experience) to really put their own stamp on an entire department.
You'll be rewarded with a competitive salary in line with your previous experience - guideline of up to £50k.
