One of Staffordshire’s leading firms is seeking to appoint a family solicitor or legal executive with at least two years post qualification experience to join a busy and professional team. Known for their high staff retention rate, open door policy and friendly and supportive environment this firm would be perfect for an aspiring commercially minded family solicitor seeking a new challenge.
You will work within a tight knit team headed up by a highly experienced and reputable Family Solicitor and handle a full caseload of family law matters to include divorce and finances, children issues, cohabitation agreements and pre and post nuptial agreements etc.
To be considered you must have at least 2 years post qualification experience and you must have experience running your own caseload of family matters along with having some experience in private children matters and domestic abuse. You must be willing to contribute to the development of the department!
Along with experience you must be able to network, listen and communicate along with having the ability to handle objections and work well as part of a team. You must be able to manage client relationships by setting expectations, delivering projects to time/within budget along with planning future activity.
