With a new Partner at the helm, employment is a key area of growth for the firm and it now seeks to expand the current team of five by appointing a junior-level employment solicitor or legal executive.
The Employment Solicitor can expect a caseload of both contentious and non-contentious respondent matters, as well as occasionally high-level claimant matters. You will provide strategic advice and support to employers with regards to all aspects of employment law. Matters will include business reorganisations and redundancy, transfer of undertakings (TUPE), employment contracts and documentation, employee claims and Employment Tribunal representations.
