This is an exciting opportunity for an employment law solicitor who is seeking a new and challenging role in London to work within a within a dynamic, inclusive Legal 100 law firm.
In this role you will work with a wide variety of clients, with a particular focus on contentious employment work such as disciplinary and grievance matters, discrimination, whistleblowing and employee relations.
The successful candidate will be passionate about employment law, highly organised and have a keen eye for detail. Alongside proven HR and employment law experience, you will also demonstrate a proactive approach, the ability to work autonomously and be able to meet tight deadlines.
Your skills and experience should include:
- 5 or more years post qualification experience in employment law
- Disciplinary and grievance matters
- Discrimination and whistleblowing
- Employee relations expertise
- Employment advisory work
- Proven client facing skills
