This niche commercial practice is recruiting into their established employment team in Exeter.
You will be joining a small team of excellent lawyers who handle mainly respondent matters on behalf of employers. These clients include SME's across the South West, South East as well as nationally.
Although a smaller practice this firm compete with the much larger law firms that you will have heard of. They find clients often prefer the tailored service a smaller firm can offer, and over time the firm has developed an excellent client base.
You will ideally have at least 2-3 years' experience within employment law. Those with many more years' experience are also encouraged to apply. Due to the complexity and nature of the clients it is likely you will have been working at a larger firm, and have received excellent training.
Joining this firm will be very different! You will retain a high quality caseload. All your colleagues here have come from top UK law firms and are experts in their field. They have enjoyed their time at larger firms, but wanted to explore something different.
You will enjoy a more relaxed environment with much encouragement and trust from the partners, who are on hand every step of the way.
You will not have high billing targets, or be required to stay at work until midnight! Work life balance is encouraged here, as is agile working. It could be very different from what you are used to.
