In this Governance Manager role, you will be managing the ongoing statutory, legal, transactional and contractual obligations of a large number of special purpose vehicles. In addition, you will be involved with liaising with the overseas offices, handling corporate databases and handling registered office duties. This role will be until the end of December 2020. In particular, your responsibilities will include: - Managing and monitoring the actioning of statutory and transaction obligations of securitisation and structure finance deals and client groups - Setting up, reviewing and re-arranging statutory registers and updating bespoke database records for critical dates, procedures and contact details - Liaising with external parties to ensure all statutory obligations of managed SPVs - Preparation of minutes, certificates, agreements and other documentation - Liaising with overseas entities to ensure accuracy of data - Providing registered office address services - Winding up and liquidating SPVs - Arranging for and supervising share trust compliance This role would especially suite you if you have at least five years experience in administering and providing company secretarial management to UK legal entities.
