As a result of steady growth and constant, secure sources of work, there is an opportunity for a non-contentious landlord & tenant solicitor to join the team. Your role will focus on a full caseload of lease extensions and enfranchisements.
You will be working closely with the Head of Department, that trained with the firm and has become a well-know enfranchisement specialist in their own right.
To succeed in this application you must be:
- Able to demonstrate recent and relevant experience dealing with lease extensions, ideally including leasehold enfranchisement.
- A qualified Solicitor or FILEx, Newly Qualified or more experienced welcome to apply.
