An interesting opportunity has arisen with a nationally recognised claims management firm who work with many Legal 500 firms throughout the country. The firm are nationally recognised and trusted, gaining them a number of consumer service and employer awards.
The firm are now looking to recruit a Claims Team Leader for their Huddersfield office. Reporting directly to the Head of Claims, the Claims Team Leader will join an established team of senior claims handlers. You will be responsible for ensuring the teams performance is meeting set targets and company wide objectives. You will also be the "number 2" to the Head of Claims so you will be called to deputise in their absence.
To be considered, you will be familiar with personal injury claims and possess the technical capabilities to assess and validate the merits of incoming enquiries. You will be confident in making decisions on whether to progress with claims whilst maintaining high levels of customer service/satisfaction.
This role will require you to motivate and engage with a dedicated team. Outstanding stakeholder management skills are essential, as well strong management reporting capabilities.
This position will require candidates to work on a 5 week shift rotation, working 3 weeks at their office in Huddersfield and 2 weeks from home. It may also require weekend work (on rotation) so you will have the opportunity to take a day off midweek.
