Due to expansion, it is now looking for a senior property litigation solicitor with 7+ years' PQE to join the Oxford office. The ideal candidate will be required to support the Head of Department in achieving the Business Plan and will have responsibility for line managing and growing the Property Disputes Team in Oxford.
The work includes dealing with commercial and residential landlords, commercial and residential tenants and flat owners. You will always be focused on aiming to achieve the best, most cost-effective solution to property disputes.
As the Senior Associate/Partner, you will be responsible for any property dispute work in the Oxford office. You will be working with a network of existing clients and closely liaising with the wider commercial and property teams. You will manage a caseload of property litigation work by demonstrating expertise and exceptional client service.
Together with strong technical legal expertise, the ideal candidate will also be a keen networker and business developer. You will enjoy mentoring more junior fee earners and will have the appetite and drive to grow the business and move it forward.
