As part of the firm's succession planning, it now seeks a new head of dispute resolution to manage the current team of 10 fee earners.
The practice deals with a complete range of complex dispute resolution matters for an array of national and international clients.
The commercial litigation work undertaken by the team includes:
- contract and commercial
- debt recovery
- directors' duties
- information technology
- intellectual property
- landlord and tenant
- mergers and acquisitions
- product liability
- professional disciplinary proceedings
- professional negligence
To be considered for this head of dispute resolution role, you should have at least 8 years' PQE in complex and high-value dispute resolution matters.
You will have gained experience at a firm known for its litigation work and, ideally, will have previous people management experience.
