In this role, you will be working on a wide variety of cases, including whistle blowing, discrimination, unfair, constructive and wrongful dismissal, harassment, bullying, disciplinary matters, and equal pay.
You will need to demonstrate solid experience of dealing with contentious employment matters on behalf of employees at all levels, managing cases from initial instruction through to conclusion. Experience of tribunal work would be advantageous but is not essential.
