A highly-regarded Legal 500 firm with an excellent reputation is seeking a senior employment solicitor to join the established team based in Hertford, Hertfordshire.
You will ideally be an employment solicitor with around 5-7 years' PQE who is able to deal with a mix of claimant and respondent matters, which will include both contentious and non-contentious work.
You will have dealt with employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, staff handbooks, redundancies, dismissals, discrimination and whistleblowing.
The ideal candidate will be able to act for medium to large companies, as well as for individuals up to and including director level. If you have experience in the management of junior staff this would be advantageous; you should be able to assist in marketing and business development.
The right candidate can expect excellent prospects and could be offered a fast track route to partnership.
