A market-leading and forward-thinking firm in Manchester is expanding its EL/PL/OL Department and seeks the addition of a personal injury solicitor.
You will be joining a specialist department and will handle a focused caseload of employers' liability, occupiers' liability and/or public liability matters from instruction through to settlement. You will be dealing with both pre and post litigated matters including fast-track and multi-track.
The firm is undergoing continued expansion and prides itself on having a strong client base, good staff retention, excellent training and development and some of the best personal injury solicitors in the market.
You must be a qualified personal injury solicitor or legal executive with experience in litigating EL, PL or OL claims (all levels considered from 1yr+ PQE) and with a proven track record of achieving/exceeding billing targets. A good proportion of your caseload will be litigated and you must be familiar with the CPR.
