It's an ideal opportunity for a corporate commercial solicitor to join this large firm and become number 2 in the department!
You will handle partner-led work, working closely with a very well respected partner and be encouraged to flourish within this supportive team environment.
This vacancy will suit a junior solicitor with up to 4 years' corporate and/or commercial experience.
This role will be broad but you will have a main focus on private company mergers, acquisitions and disposals.
You will also advise on interesting commercial work including contracts, agreements, academy conversions, joint ventures, share buy-backs, distributions and corporate governance.
Your client base will be mainly private sector organisations, but with much national and international cross over in the healthcare and public sector.
Corporate commercial solicitors with 1-4 years' PQE are encouraged to apply, as the further training and development on offer here will be second to none!
Based in central Exeter offices, you will enjoy working at this high flying firm advising on very high-quality work.
This opportunity will suit an enthusiastic, confident individual who is interested in meeting clients regularly face to face. You will often be invited to client social events and will be happy to build strong business relationships. Further training on this will be provided as required.
Excellent salary up to £49,000 & extensive benefits.
