Contentious Probate Solicitor

An opportunity has become available for a contentious wills and probate solicitor to join an expanding teams Swindon office in their dispute resolution department.

You will be either an NQ or experienced Contentious probate solicitor with up to 4 years PQE. Ideally you will have assisted with contentious wills and probate claims in the past and handled claims from the early pre-action stages through to court proceedings.

You will be working as part of a niche team and the role would be suited to someone who is a self starter and who has the ability to run their own caseload and supporting some complex estate disputes. Strong client relationship and people skills are essential as you will have plenty of exposure to clients from the start.
