I am recruiting for one of the largest conveyancing firms in the UK. They specialise in a volume conveyancing approach and have perfected this process over many years.
They are now looking to appoint experienced residential conveyancers who would like to work part-time and from home within a high performing, fast paced role.
As an experienced conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of conveyancing transactions, predominately focusing on client service/care and handling queries throughout the process, keeping regular contact with clients including estate agents, customers and other solicitors.
There is absolutely no need for business development.
You will be an experienced conveyancer that is well accustomed to managing a caseload of 80+ residential property files from start to finish, with very minimal support.
You will either be a conveyancing solicitor, legal executive or unqualified fee earner with at least 4+ years' experience already. You will need to reside in the UK and have previously handled volume matters.
In this role, you will enter into a job share with another conveyancer. It is therefore important that you can work at least 3 days a week in a block/run of consecutive days (i.e Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday).
In addition to the home working environment, you will also benefit from an annual bonus (pro-rata) based on completion targets, compliance and customer service satisfaction. You will be set up from home with a computer and anything else you need.
