My client, a high street firm with traditional values, is seeking a commercial property or residential solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer or property fee earner qualified through experience to join its expanding practice.
The firm is based in Melton Mowbray and has a long-established client base of local small/medium-sized businesses and often high net worth clients.
The firm seeks an experienced commercial property or residential solicitor to handle a mixed caseload of both residential and commercial conveyancing matters (60% commercial, 40% residential).
You will join four other fee earners within the Property Team, but will work very closely with the partner on the commercial matters.
You can expect to inherit a varied caseload of commercial leases and landlord and tenant work, as well as residential conveyancing files on behalf of high net-worth clients.
The required candidate will be experienced enough to work self sufficiently with little supervision. You will have at least 3+ years' experience handling both commercial and residential conveyancing matters.
In return, you can expect to join a close-knit team in a firm with a real family feel. Salary will be based on experience and there will be a lot of autonomy in this role.
