A renowned practice in the heart of Chester is expanding its legal arm and is seeking to appoint an experienced personal injury paralegal to join its dedicated and extremely well established RTA department.
The firm overall works on behalf of its insurer clients and the last 12 months have seen the Department go from strength to strength. You will work as part of a close-knit, supportive team on an array of predominantly pre-litigated RTA claims.
The RTA department overall consists of both qualified and non-qualified fee earners, and although you will be encouraged to work autonomously, you will have experienced colleagues on hand to provide assistance as and when necessary.
Your main focus will be to take responsibility for your own caseload of pre-litigated RTA claims within the MOJ Portal and predominantly at stage 2 of the portal process. You will be a paralegal with previous experience in handling a caseload of RTA files and be confident in dealing with the same.
Working as part of the wider department, you will be a key part of the RTA division. The team work out of modern vibrant offices in Chester and are fully supportive of each team member. You will be encouraged to progress and develop your skillset further and there are realistic opportunities to progress into litigation departments in the longer term.
