This highly reputable law firm based in Telford is now looking to recruit a learning and development manager to work alongside the firm's HR Manager and other heads to create a learning and development function.
This role will focus on embedding a performance culture through talent management, succession planning, performance management and learning and development opportunities.
You will be involved in identifying high performing individuals at all levels and ensuring proactive plans are in place to support their career development. As well as supporting behavioural and cultural change, you will help the business maximise the capability of its people.
In line with this, you will be responsible for the design, delivery and sourcing of the delivery of appropriate training for best practice performance across all levels of the business, as well as ensuring that appropriate records are retained of all training in order to meet regulatory requirements.
In order to be considered for this learning and development manager role based in Telford, you must have experience in a similar role, excellent IT skills and should be able to demonstrate an advanced attention to detail.
