Working closely with the existing team, you will act on a range of commercial property matters with an emphasis on secured lending work.
Acting for banks and other lender clients, you will advise on a wide range of properties including commercial and residential portfolios, development sites and high value residential properties. There will also be the opportunity to act for investors, developers and educational establishments.
This firm has historically enjoyed endless success within this practice area with a particular specialism in the hotel and leisure sector.
