Your responsibilities will include:
- taking the lead on Statutory Compliance
- playing a key role in ensuring good governance
- providing advice to to directors and the company Board
- maintaining good communication between Board, committees, shareholders and any other relevant bodies
The successful candidate will have experience with and understanding of governance within a large organisation, as well as ideally knowledge of NHS service provision.
