Employment Lawyer 2-3 years PAE

About the Role:

A new role has arisen for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join its high performing team.  This role will see you provide legal advice and represent small and medium-sized enterprises across Australia on a range of matters including unfair dismissal, general protections, underpayments, discrimination, bullying and harassment claims. 

You will also conduct face to face meetings and teleconferences between the client and the Fair Work Commission and the Fair Work Ombudsman for conciliations and mediations as well as appear in the Commission and in Courts where required.  With overall supervision, you will be responsible for running matters from start to finish.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years PAE as an Employment Lawyer at a reputable law firm, have strong interpersonal skills, a good work ethic, and strong academics.  It is essential that you have strong analytical + writing skills and hold an unrestricted practising certificate.
