This private practice law firm requires a legal secretary to join its successful Private Client & Family Department based in Oxford.
Our client is a well-recognised law firm. As a private client and family legal secretary, you will work directly for two solicitors across the Wills, Trusts & Estates Team and Family Department.
The ideal candidate will have fast and accurate typing skills, including audio, and be comfortable with using online case management systems. Strong administrative and organisational skills are required - including diary management.
You will also be responsible for general administrative duties and ensuring that files are kept up to date. The firm is looking for someone who is hard working, can show initiative and has experience of working in a team environment.
You will also be given the opportunity to take part in networking events and contribute towards the Department's social media platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook.

The ideal private client and family legal secretary will have at least 6 – 12 months' prior experience of working as a legal secretary.
Specific private client wills, trusts & estates and/or family law experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
