This is a role for a childcare law solicitor in Nottingham which will cover all aspects of care work.
You should have upwards of 4 years' PQE and would be the lead fee earner in the team. Ideally, you will currently be, or be working towards being, a Child Panel Member with a guardian following and your own networks across the East Midlands or East of England.
The firm would be particularly interested in hearing from childcare solicitors who possess a guardian following in the East Midlands, or possibly a Child Panel Member with excellent interpersonal skills. For such applications, a higher salary may be offered.
You will be a clear communicator and passionate about this area of law.
You will be expected to run your own cases alongside providing gentle supervision to your own team members.
You should be passionate about helping families, able to handle sensitive issues and remain professional at all times.
