This high calibre Legal 100 firm is recruiting into its large Real Estate Team in Exeter.
The firm is searching for a solicitor or legal executive with commercial property experience.
You will be joining a successful team acting for private developers, investors, registered providers of social housing and local authorities up and down the UK. The team plays a significant role in acquisitions for real estate investments.
You will provide advice to borrowers and funders on residential and mixed-development sites. You will also give advice on estate regeneration and joint venture projects.
This vacancy will likely suit a solicitor or legal executive, either NQ level or with up to 3 years' post qualified experience.
Ideally, you should have some experience in property development schemes, but those with a more general background should apply as extensive further training will be given. Attitude and commitment are just as important as experience!
In this position, you will have exposure to local and national projects which are often large-scale (to include some of the largest projects seen in the UK) and require collaboration with colleagues in other offices including London and internationally.
You will work closely with well-respected solicitors and partners and will be encouraged to flourish within this very supportive team environment. You will have significant client contact and be encouraged to build an excellent reputation for yourself.
Based in a central Exeter office, you will enjoy working at this high flying firm advising on very high-quality work.
